INTERNATIONAL TAX MANAGER / Cincinnati

Our tax professionals serve a variety of tax planning and compliance needs for corporate executives, high net worth individuals, local businesses and international corporations. We're also the only non-national firm in this region that offers both an International Tax service group and a State and Local Tax Group.

Job Description:
The International Tax Manager will be located in our Cincinnati office and have responsibility for tax compliance and/or review, research, planning and audit representation for commercial businesses, not for profits, government entities and individuals.

Areas of responsibility include:
- Advising multi-national clients on the tax implications of their domestic and foreign operations
- International tax planning and compliance, research and consulting initiatives
- Provide advisory and consulting services to align client's business strategy with the tax implications of their international transactions, investments and operations.
- Perform with decreasing levels or supervision while increasing his/her responsibility for directing the work of more junior level staff members.

The Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; JD, LLM, MST and advanced degrees preferred
- CPA, CMI certifications preferred but not required
- Minimum 5-10 years of professional Accounting experience (industry or public), with an emphasis on International Tax Accounting & Consulting preferred
- Federal Tax and SALT experience preferred (SUT, Inc/Frn, Property)
- Experience with research tools (RIA, CCH, etc.) and with PTMS or ProSystems FX software preferred
