The SALT Manager will be located in our Cincinnati office and have responsibility for tax compliance and/or review, research, planning and audit representation for commercial businesses, not for profits, government entities and individuals. The ideal candidate will perform with decreasing levels or supervision while increasing his/her responsibility for directing the work of more junior level staff members. Major Responsibilities: - Preparation and/or review of Federal, State, County and Local Income/Franchise, Sales/Use & Property returns - Gather and prepare information for Federal or State Tax Auditors - Complete research and planning projects - Provide Business Advisory Services Qualifications: -Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced degrees, JD, LLM and MBAs preferred -Minimum 3-5 years of professional Accounting experience (industry or public), preferably with an emphasis on Tax -Strong SALT experience required (Sales/Use Tax, Income/Frn, Property) -CPA required for Manager level positions, CMI certifications helpful but not required -Experience with research tools (RIA, CCH, etc.) and with PTMS or ProSystems FX software preferred To Apply:
