The Switch from OTS to OCC Reporting - We will discuss regulatory financial reporting focused on the transition from Thrift Financial Reports previously submitted by OTS regulated institutions to the CALL report currently filed by FDIC and OCC regulated institutions. A highlight of the discussions will be treatment of specific valuation allowances, the ALLL and other real estate owned. We will also discuss cash basis recognition of interest income for loans on non-accrual.
