The Not-for-Profit Practice Group provides audit, tax and advisory services to over 200 clients. The size of the organization varies - with annual budgets that range from $250,000 to in excess of $35 million. Clark Schaefer Hackett has dedicated personnel and significant resources that focus on developments related to compliance, consulting, accounting, taxation and operational issues. We provide services to not-for-profit organizations in the cultural, educational, grant-making, governmental, healthcare, religious and social services sub-sectors of the not-for-profit industry. We also provide services to a significant number of trusts and foundations.
Clark Schaefer Hackett fields one of the strongest dedicated NFP teams in the region. The firm wide NFP group is staffed with over 25 professionals who have focus areas serving the needs of not-for-profit organizations. We are committed to serving clients with a consistent team – year after year.
Collaborating with clients for the betterment of our community. CSH is concerned about the issues that affect our clients, as well as the communities in which we live and work. We emphasize corporate responsibility and giving back to the community as a core value. We encourage and support our staff – at all levels – to engage in volunteer activities. Our efforts are wide-ranging and encompass charitable donations to universities and non-profit organizations, as well as organized volunteer initiatives in each office.
Members of our NFP team serve as lecturers on NFP topics for groups such as Greater Cincinnati Foundation (GCF), the Ohio Grantmaker’s Forum (OGF), the Ohio Association of Not-for-Profit Organizations (OANO) as well as the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
Our goal is to be the dominant provider of accounting services to Ohio’s Not-for-Profit community. We have demonstrated a serious commitment to educating, supporting and leading the not-for-profit community in Ohio to greater achievements.
