IndustriesNot-For-ProfitThe ONE Program - Upcoming EventsExaminer Training Examiners fulfill a critical role in the ONE Award process - the review of applications received from applicant organizations. Examiners are responsible to develop a high quality feedback report based upon the Award criteria and application content. The feedback developed by examiners is reviewed by the selectors in the processes of determining site visit recipients, finalist and process honorees. This same feedback report is then delivered to the Award applicant for their use in improving their organizational effectiveness. Examiners will be selected from both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. It is important to the ONE process that there be examiners that represent both sectors in order to enrich the review and feedback development processes. Serving as an examiner is a very enriching experience that provides an opportunity to combine community service with personal and professional development. Clark Schaefer Hackett is proud to sponsor the 2008 Examiner Training sessions: New dates will be posted when available. |
