Clark Schaefer Hackett offers a complete spectrum of services for pre-transaction planning, transactional support and post-transaction.  We understand that every transaction is unique, and often times one of the largest, if not the largest, financial event in the owner or business' history.

The planning for transactional events begins long before the actual transaction takes place. Pre-transaction planning is one the most significant areas where CSH can bring substantial value to our clients. We will work with clients to understand the transaction process:

• the valuation models to be used,
• an understanding of the role various transactional service providers play,
• how to prepare a business for the upcoming process to maximize the value to be received,
• tax consequences of alternative transactions,
• develop the timeline to expect in the transaction process ,
• and many other aspects involved.

During the actual transaction process we work with our clients and the entire transactional team to understand and help our clients walk through the difficult and emotional process of transactions. We bring a cross section of assurance team members, tax team members and often valuation team members to help support our clients during the process.
