She has also advised both private equity and strategic buyers and sellers of businesses on tax related due diligence matters.
Keri is skilled in all aspects of corporate income and franchise tax, pass-through entity tax, sales/use tax, employment tax and personal property tax. Her practice includes both tax compliance, due diligence and consulting engagements for companies in a wide range of industries, including private equity firms and businesses undergoing a business transition. She also has experience handling a variety of litigation support cases. Additionally, she has drafted and reviewed business organizational documents and contracts as well as various legal complaints, responses, motions and briefs for litigation.
