As a professional with both an accounting and marketing background, Teresa Cushman brings a unique perspective to her work as an Industry Marketing Manager for Clark Schaefer Hackett.
Teresa started her career at Ernst & Young in the Advisory Services practice, handling both internal and financial statement audits for global Fortune 500 clients in various industries. After a five-year accounting career and earning a second degree, Teresa merged her business knowledge with her passion for marketing.
Teresa leads the development and implementation of niche-specific marketing plans for a variety of industry groups within CSH. She works closely with the industry chairs to develop growth goals, objectives, strategies and tactics. She helps her groups identify potential clients and generate leads by creating and maintaining target lists, developing and nurturing relationships with industry associations, guiding thought leadership content, promoting client testimonials and success stories, and event planning. Teresa also helps CSH teams market their services and expertise via proposals, shepherding the process through strategic analysis, content and win-theme development, writing, editing and general project management.
