She focuses on the priority and quailty of the work being performed while prioritizing communication with her clients. She ensures the engagments are compliant and her clients are satisfied, within time and budgetary constructs.
Aisha is a trusted advisor who recommends creative solutions to complex client issues. She understands the importance of development so she mentors, supports, and encourages CSH staff to help them grow professionally and gain confidence in tax.
