Alison Ruhenkamp is Manager of Performance and Talent Management for Clark Schaefer Hackett. Working from Cincinnati, she leads the firmwide orientation program, on-boarding activities and the Buddy Program to help new hires become engaged with the firm from day one. Assisting employees with their career growth, Alison also developed and leads the firm Coaching Program to help employees get real-time feedback and guidance through their career. In addition, Alison was instrumental in creating the competency and career progression “Line of Sight” models for the firm. She also assists with various professional development and leadership development initiatives for Clark Schaefer Hackett and AGN.

Alison led a rebranding initiative to help strategically enhance Clark Schaefer Hackett’s presence on campus. Through the “Get There” concept and the CSH MAX initiatives, Clark Schaefer Hackett has become an employer of choice for students and young professionals looking to grow a career in public accounting.
