As a Virtual Controller, Managed Services, Audrey Martin provides Outsourced Contract CFO services to a variety of clients. To Audrey, serving as a Contract CFO means being a fiscal partner to the client’s organization. As such, she prepares and analyzes financials and cash positions, creates budgets, manages grant funding, presents results at Board and Finance Committee Meetings, and supports clients during their annual audits.
Audrey has specialized in serving not-for-proft clients since 2015, and she has more than 10 years in the accounting field prior to that. Domestic violence and behavioral health providers are a primary subset of Audrey’s not-for-profit client base.
Audrey also has expertise in grant funding requirements and Uniform Guidance compliance. She joined CSH in 2019 as part of Keelsra Business Services acquisition.
