Lance Drummond is responsible for the design, implementation, compliance, and administration of all types of qualified retirement plans. Lance is committed to providing clients with solutions to the retirement plan related problems they have experienced with other providers. Lance joined the firm in January, 2005 after working four years with a local third party administrative firm in Dayton, Ohio.
Lance serves as the primary contact for each of his clients, and handles the day-to-day operation of their retirement plans. He is dedicated to exceeding his clients’ expectations. Lance has an excellent working knowledge of ERISA, as well as IRS and DOL regulations including plan audits and voluntary correction programs. He also serves as a firm financial audit resource.
