As a Tax Manager, Mark is responsible for reviewing tax returns, creating and maintaining internal workpapers and processes, tax notices, tax planning, and training and development of staff. He specializes in serving clients in the affordable housing industry and partnership and S corporation taxation with extensive experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. He also has experience with professional service firms.

Mark focuses on maximizing tax credits and depreciation to ensure optimal tax savings for his clients. He maintains continuous communication by informing his clients of the impact of relevant tax law changes. He is a trusted advisor that provides clients with comprehensive tax planning and actionable advice. 

Mark joined CSH in August 2017.
