Rick Moon has over eight years of assurance and consulting experience in the not-for-profit and affordable housing industries. In the affordable housing sector, he manages HUD, Rural Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit engagements. When serving not-for-profit organizations, Rick specializes in federally qualified health centers, housing assistance organizations, behavioral healthcare organizations and other not-for-profit organizations of all sizes. Rick has specialized training to serve not-for-profit clients and can perform Single Audit under Uniform Guidance for federal award recipients.
