As a Manager in CSH’s Cost Segregation practice, Zachary is responsible for the preparation and review of cost segregation studies. He specializes in delivering cost segregation reports to his clients. Zachary has experience in the real estate industry and solar energy sectors. 

He supervises the totality of tax engagements through final document/return preparation for final Principal/Shareholder review. He plans and manages engagements to ensure compliance with applicable tax law and client satisfaction, within time and budgetary constraints. Zachary aims to become a trusted advisor for clients and ensure the most efficient, effective, and tailored services are delivered by the CSH team.

Zachary joined CSH in October 2015.
