Clark Schaefer Hackett Appoints Carl Allison as Chief Human Resources Officer

Cincinnati, OH – Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a top 100 accounting and advisory firm, has appointed Carl Allison Jr., SPHR, MOB, to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective immediately.

“As a firm focused on bettering the lives of its people, we not only view the CHRO as a critical position as it relates to the hiring, retention and development of our people, but also incredibly important for employee engagement and culture,” said Kerry Roe, president of Clark Schaefer Hackett. “While well-rounded in HR, Carl also brings tremendous experience in learning and development and a passion for helping people maximize and meet their career goals and objectives. We’re excited to have him join the team.”

Carl most recently served as Director of Human Resources at VonLehman. His previous experience includes Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Mercy Health, and Fifth Third Bank.

“First and foremost, I was attracted to CSH because of its great culture and its position for growth. They’ve had four acquisitions in two years and are investing in exciting technology,” says Carl Allison.
