Shanda McKinney serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Clark Schaefer Hackett, where she leads the firm’s people-first strategy and culture initiatives. With 20+ years of executive HR leadership experience, Shanda specializes in aligning talent strategy with business objectives, strengthening leadership capability, and building high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures. Prior to joining CSH, she served as Global Head of People & Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer at Woolpert, where she led global HR strategy, supported acquisition integration efforts, and drove strong employee engagement outcomes. She also previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Wright-Patt Credit Union, guiding talent strategy during a period of significant organizational growth.
