Dan Wernke is a shareholder working with closely held companies in manufacturing, financial services, not-for-profit, software, employee benefit plan audits, and taxation as well as providing peer review services to other CPA firms. His focus includes delivering assurance and attest services, tax consulting and peer review services. Dan serves on CSH’s assurance committee, the AICPA Peer Review Board, the AICPA Risk Assessment Task Force, the Ohio Society of CPAs Peer Review Committee, and served three years on the AICPA Technical Issues Committee.
