Diana joined Clark Schaefer Hackett in October 2022. As a Senior Manager with 25 years of professional experience, Diana has a broad range of knowledge that allows her to advise clients on a variety of issues and transactions they may encounter when making financial and business decisions. She provides tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for individuals, including sole proprietors and single member LLCs, and small to mid‐size S-corporations, corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
Diana earned her designation as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning™ in 2009 and since then has also specialized in providing services for trusts and estates including fiduciary accounting, gift, trust and estate planning, tax compliance, and assisting in trust and estate asset settlement to beneficiaries.
