As Clark Schaefer Hackett’s General Counsel, Emily is responsible for overseeing the management of all CSH legal services. She advises CSH in all legal matters, including risk and compliance. Emily provides legal counsel and strategic guidance and consultation to the officers, shareholders, and management of CSH.
Emily has experience in advising and representing manufacturing clients in workers’ compensation matters. In her previous positions, she specialized in OSHA, safety, and disability benefits, along with workers’ compensation.
Emily joined CSH in May 2021. Prior to joining, she was the Assistant General Counsel at Thirty One Gifts. She started her legal career as an associate at the law firm of Thompson Hine and then gained in-house experience with Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. and Honda North America.
