Julie Altherr leads CSH’s Outsourced Accounting Group, working with clients that manage their own accounting systems to help them maximize the potential of their systems and review their financials.
Working across industries and drawing on her experiences in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, service and nonprofit industries, Julie serves primarily small to mid-sized companies. Julie also has held executive roles in financial and operations departments, providing her with the opportunity to immerse herself in the financial impact of different aspects of the business.
Julie’s focus when working with clients is to help them ensure their financial systems are in place and accurate. She also enjoys giving business owners the financial information they need to make smart and knowledgeable business decisions. Julie also prioritizes learning about each client’s business in order to provide the owners with financial data analysis specific to their business.
Julie originally joined CSH in 2001 as an intern. She returned to CSH in January 2021 to help lead an emerging practice.
