As Clark Schaefer Hackett’s COO, Kellie provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure CSH has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and assure financial strength and operating effciency. Kellie plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees operational activities throughout the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operational processes and cost-effective systems to meet current and future organizational needs.

Kellie has 20 years of client service, project management, and operations experience in the marketing and advertising industry. She joined CSH in May 2022.
