Steve Estelle provides expert guidance on State and Local Tax (SALT) issues to clients across multiple industries. As a licensed attorney with experience in both public accounting and private industry, Steve is adept at helping clients navigate the practical day-to-day aspects of state and local tax. He uses his expertise to identify tax savings for clients and helps them develop strategies to reduce risks. Steve has been able to apply his keen tax insights to identify and recover overpaid taxes for clients. Steve became an expert on Ohio tax law while working at the Ohio Legislation Service Commission, and he practiced tax law on a national level at a Big Four accounting firm. This experience enables Steve to serve clients with locations throughout the United States.

Steve developed excellent negotiation skills during the eight years he spent as a commercial litigation and bankruptcy attorney. These negotiation skills make him an effective advocate when negotiating with tax authorities. He frequently works with corporate CFOs, Controllers and accounting personnel at Fortune 500 companies and Small Businesses.
