Affordable Housing Associates Earn Industry Designations

nahb-newsChris Bailey, Bethany Cromley, Chris Ofat and Diana Smith passed the Housing Credit Certified Professional exam and have received the designation of HCCP. The HCCP is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. This certification is administered through The National Association of Home Builders.

Cathy Smucker recently passed the National Compliance Professional exam and educational requirements to earn the NCP designation. Certified professionals have proven their knowledge about the compliance aspects of the Housing Credit Program.
