Brian Mosier was selected to be a Regional Vice President (RVP) for the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). The AGA is the member organization for financial and performance professionals in government, supporting professionals who work in, for and with federal, state, local and tribal agencies.
Brian will start his three-year term on July 1, 2015 as Regional Vice President-Elect, and will then serve as RVP for one year and Immediate Past RVP for one year. Throughout that period he will be a member of the National Board of Directors. “I’m excited to serve in this capacity and represent the firm on a national level,” said Brian.
“AGA’s mission of serving our 14,000+ members in advancing thought leadership and government accountability is no small task, and we are truly blessed by dynamic volunteer leaders, like Brian,” said Mary Peterman, AGA Nominating Committee Chair & Past National President. “His role as a Regional Vice President is the critical and central coordinating point between our National governance and the many AGA chapters in his region. I am excited by Brian’s enthusiasm and qualifications as RVP and look forward to his contributions.”
