Experienced executive to expand consulting firm’s presence in the Kentucky market
Clark Schaefer Consulting (CSC), a division of Clark Schaefer Hackett Business Advisors, has hired Robbie Chitwood as Managing Director. Chitwood will be focused on building and managing CSC’s presence in the Kentucky market.
Chitwood, a Kentucky native, will be able to leverage her deep understanding of the local business environment to foster CSC’s relationships with existing clients and develop new clients by delivering high-quality, customized professional services—two factors critical to the company’s growth in Kentucky. Chitwood will also source and engage local talent, helping to ensure CSC provides the highest level of client service and makes a broad community impact.

Chitwood’s experience dovetails that of the firm’s Clark Schaefer Executive Search and Strategic HR services: she has been heavily involved in recruiting, including serving as an on-campus and experience-hire recruiter. She also has significant experience designing, developing and delivering leadership programming for executives and teams, high-potential and emerging leaders and leaders working in family-owned businesses.
