CINCINNATI – Bill Schmidt, CPA, CFE, has been named a Shareholder in the Cincinnati Office of Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. and is responsible for all aspects of audit and review engagements and consulting.
Bill joined Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. in 1985, upon graduation from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting). His expertise includes a concentration in the manufacturing and wholesale distributor industries as an auditor and business consultant. He is technically proficient in a number of software programs related to the industry, as well as a leader in the use of Data Extraction and Paperless Engagement software.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute, Ohio Society, and Kentucky Society of CPAs. Bill is the Cincinnati office representative on the firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee. He also serves as the firm coordinator for Paperless Engagements.
