Accounting firm Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH) announced the launch of its new brand, including a new logo, color palette and tagline: Results Through Remarkable Relationships.
The logo and tagline were inspired by The CSH Way – a book the firm published that documents their approach to creating remarkable relationships with clients and staff. Within this book, they identified four key attributes that result in a remarkable client service relationship: Trust, Guidance, Outcomes and Vision.
“We regularly survey our clients, asking for their feedback,” said CSH Chief Marketing Officer Chad Person. “The results show that our client-service approach to creating relationships has long been effective and appreciated. By strategically and consistently evaluating our organization and our service, we have spent decades pushing ourselves to be better. Our new brand is a visual representation of that.”
The firm’s new logo incorporates a star shape composed of four chevrons. The chevrons represent the four attributes of The CSH Way. When combined, the chevrons create a star, which highlights the remarkable nature of the firm’s client relationships and the results they deliver.
