Cincinnati, OH – June 12, 2023 – Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a leading accounting and advisory firm, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kevin Staton as the company’s new Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective May 1. With a distinguished background in the field of information technology, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Kevin previously led the technology department at the University of Cincinnati’s UC Foundation, and led campus-wide technology at Austin Peay State University and Xavier University. Most recently, Kevin served as Vice President of Information Technology at Empower, America’s largest woman-owned media agency.
President Kerry Roe expressed his excitement about Kevin joining the CSH team, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Kevin as our new Chief Information Officer. Throughout the interview process, Kevin’s impressive background, demonstrated leadership, and proactive nature stood out. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and numerous certifications in cybersecurity, project management, and IT process methodologies.
As Kevin assumes his new responsibilities, he will dedicate time to enhancing CSH’s technology capabilities, setting a new data-driven technology strategy, and meeting with the CSH staff to gain deeper insights into the organization’s operations.
