Todd Fentress will be presenting on Advanced Tax Credit Issues at the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing’s 2015 Midyear Meeting in St. Pete Beach, Florida, on January 27. Todd will serve on a panel of experts discussing trending technical issues and recommending best practices to help solve difficult problems with RD, HUD and tax credit projects. The session will cover hot issues and trends related to the Historic Boardwalk safe harbor provisions, the new IRS audit guide, exit tax on deals with reserves and residual value, and more.
