Todd Fentress will be presenting on Advanced Tax Credit Issues at the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing’s 2015 Midyear Meeting in St. Pete Beach, Florida, on January 27. Todd will serve on a panel of experts discussing trending technical issues and recommending best practices to help solve difficult problems with RD, HUD and tax credit projects.
