Clinical Co-Management Arrangements

A growing number of hospitals have recently partnered with medical groups to lease and manage their service lines. Called clinical co-management, this arrangement often involves hospital administration operating the facility, while physicians operate the clinical aspects of the services. In this webinar, CSH’s Bill Clayton and Ted Clemans offer guidance on entering into this arrangement. Their guest, Steve Eisentrager, President of Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital, shares his experience successfully implementing clinical co-management at his organization.
