As a Senior Manager in CSH’s Cost Segregation practice, Christopher provides clients with cost segregation tax studies and green energy incentives that result in reduced tax liabilities and increased cash flows. Christopher specializes in delivering cost segregation services, 179D, and 45L studies.
Christopher works primarily with clients in real estate, construction, manufacturing/distribution, retail, dealerships, and transportation/logistics industries. He prioritizes providing high-quality customer services and deliverables.
