Max Kraus works on a variety of engagements ranging from financial statement compilations and reviews to audits and attestation services, working primarily with for not-for-profit and manufacturing clients. He views himself as a true client advocate, whether he is helping a client understanding reporting requirements under GAAP or requirements under the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and OMB Circular A-133. He values the importance of having open lines of communication, and enjoys learning about and being a part of his clients’ businesses.

Max also performs numerous benefit plan audits, including 401(k) and 403(b) plans, health and welfare plans, pension plans, multi-employer plans and works closely with plan sponsors in assisting them with DOL and ERISA compliance matters.

Prior to joining CSH, Max spent several years providing financial analysis and accounting services in private industry.
