Clark Schaefer Hackett has signed a lease to occupy space in an RG Properties’ four-story office building to be constructed at Austin Landing. With a completion target of the summer of 2012, the planned 20,000 square feet of space will house approximately 80 Clark Schaefer Hackett associates who currently work at the accounting firm’s Middletown and Dayton offices.

The combination of these locations into a Miami Valley office is a strategic investment that will position the firm for growth. This move will be made to enhance client services through location, collaboration, and improved technology. It is also an investment in the firm’s most valuable asset, its professionals.

It will also be a collaborative environment for associates with specialties in Estate, Trust, and Succession Planning, Not-For-Profit Organizations, and Small Business Solutions, among others.
