Zach joined Clark Schaefer Hackett in 2014 after spending four years with a local public accounting firm and eleven years with an international public accounting firm. Zach serves a wide range of clients, with a concentration in the financial services industry. Zach has served public and non-public companies, broker-dealers, investment companies and financial institutions of all sizes. He has also participated in the launch of several new investment companies and funds, the initial public offering of an options exchange, the emergence of a company from bankruptcy, and working on global audit engagements serving as the global account leader.
Zach also has experience testing internal controls over financial reporting for public companies as well as for service organizations. He serves as a peer review team member within CSH, and also lends his expertise to peer review programs outside of CSH. Zach’s strong understanding of our audit methodology and audit process and his grasp of his clients’ businesses allows for an effective and efficient audit while providing exceptional service. Zach enjoys offering solutions to clients to strengthen their processes and control structure.
