CSH is a Platinum Donor to the Ohio CPA Foundation, which supports programs designed to increase minorities in our profession and ensure a healthy, vibrant and diverse future for the CPA profession.

We recently committed our second $50,000 to the Ohio CPA Foundation's Accounting Careers Leadership Academy and Accounting Careers Awareness Program. These programs support racially and ethnically underrepresented students. In addition to financially supporting these programs, CSH associates have been speakers and presenters at related events.

We’ve partnered with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to create a stigma-free workplace when it comes to discussing mental health issues.

Our executives and HR team regularly share valuable information with employees about caring for their mental, financial, and physical health. We believe work is only one part of the equation, and we strive to improve the lives of our employees in all areas.
