He has accumulated substantial experience conducting due diligence across a wide variety of industries. Nick offers his clients important insight when assessing a possible acquisition, and how to best negotiate and structure a transaction. Nick also has extensive experience in fund formation, fundraising, operation, and liquidation of limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Nick has a background in valuating investment assets, and his clients appreciate that it gives him a different perspective. His ability to assess their exposure to investment risk adds value to many assurance engagements.
Nick’s career includes four years in the private equity industry, working for The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. While at Carlyle, Nick participated in and supervised all areas of financial reporting, fund operations, and investor relations on Carlyle’s largest buyout funds. His profession began in the assurance practice at PwC, specializing in Financial Services. He supported both public and private clients in banking and capital markets, as well as within the private equity industry.
