Cincinnati, OH – Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a top 100 accounting and advisory firm, has acquired Keelsra Business Services, an outsourced accounting firm specializing in serving nonprofit and small business clients.

“The demand in the marketplace for outsourced accounting services continues to grow,” says Kerry Roe, president of Clark Schaefer Hackett. “As a result, we continue to invest in expanding our outsourced accounting and advisory capabilities.”

“We are very excited to welcome Keelsra team members to Clark Schaefer Hackett. This expansion adds to our capability to partner with clients needing full-service accounting services,” says Devesh Kamal, shareholder in charge of Clark Schaefer Hackett’s Springfield office, where Scott Campbell and his staff have moved. “We are also happy to contribute to the overall growth in downtown Springfield with this acquisition.”

Campbell, owner of Keelsra, named the company he founded in 2005 after his three daughters. “My priority has always been to serve the best interests of my clients and the people who work here. This unification accomplishes both: my clients will have access to additional resources and more sophisticated services and my people will be able to realize the benefits of being part of a larger professional services firm,” Campbell says.

“Nothing makes me prouder than seeing one of my clients accomplishing great work in the community,” continues Campbell. “Because of the work we do, taking accounting, payroll and other business tasks off their plate, our clients can focus on their own missions to improve the lives of others.”
