Brett Kohlmayer

As an Assurance Senior Manager, Brett is responsible for all aspects of audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures. Brett manages the assurance process throughout the fiscal year by advising his clients and providing assistance. He serves clients in the construction and real estate industry, not-for-profit organizations, and performs audits of employee benefit plans. Brett specializes in advising and interpreting Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and applying them to the specific needs of the client.

He aims to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience of the individuals he works with by designing continued professional education (CPE) programs and through informal training. Brett continues to bolster his ability to serve his clients through CSH’s CPE programs, as well as seeking learning opportunities from third-party vendors.

Brett joined CSH in December 2016.
