Members of CSH’s Affordable Housing Group recently sponsored and presented at the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association (MAHMA) Regional Affordable Housing Conference on May 4th in Detroit, Michigan. Chris Bailey and Rob Kitchen presented a session titled, “Gain a Better Understanding of Your Affordable Housing Financial Statements – The Basics”. During this presentation attendees learned components of financial statements, background information as to why this information is needed and ways to analyze and extract information from financial statements.
