As an Assurance Manager, Brad is responsible for planning, scheduling, leading, and completing employee benefit plan audits. He is also responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements and continually improving processes. As a mentor, Brad supervises, trains, and develops junior staff.
Brad specializes in employee benefit plans with many years of experience in auditing defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, health and welfare plans, and both qualified and non-qualified plans. His extensive experience allows him to strengthen internal controls associated with employee benefit plans and aid clients in achieving an optimal plan. He focuses on sharing industry best practices with his clients to help them improve their benefit plan operations.
Brad rejoined CSH in October 2023 after previously being with the firm 2013-2019.
