He strategically approaches current and future needs of his clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their businesses and the key risk factors they face. Brian is a trusted business advisor who recommends creative solutions to complex client issues.
Additionally, Brian understands the importance of the development of less experienced accounting staff. He coaches, trains, develops, leads, and motivates junior audit staff to aid in their professional career growth.
