As a Tax Manager, Iryna is responsible for reviewing and managing complex US and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including S-Corporations, partnerships, fiduciary, and government, along with preparing and reviewing complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability. In addition, she responds to IRS and state agency audits, inquires and tax notices, as well as communicating with the client, their attorneys, bankers, auditors, and other third parties. She focuses on working with a variety of industries including real estate, retail, IT and professional companies, among others.
Iryna’s extensive experience comprises of 17 years in accounting which includes 13 years in tax compliance. Specifically, she specializes in US domestic and international tax compliance for all types of businesses and individuals. Her direct and effective communication allows her to provide optimal services to clients and ensure enduring relationships. Iryna is also a valuable advisor internally, where she delegates and supervises junior tax staff assigned to engagements and provides insight, guidance, direction, and overall review of deliverables.
