James began his career in public accounting working in audit and assurance, then moved into the healthcare industry for several years before coming to CSH in 2018. His dedication to process and his timeliness has made him a natural fit as a Managed Services team leader. James currently leads a Managed Services team focused on nonprofit organizations.
As a team leader in CSH’s Managed Services group, James’ role in the client experience is to provide governance over the accounting and reporting cycles and engrain himself into the operations of the organization so he can proactively advise clients ensuring they receive the financial information needed in decision making. James has a thorough understanding of GAAP and excels at finding efficiencies in processes.
