As a Senior Manager, Krista is a responsible for reviewing tax returns and managing tax engagements ensuring compliance with applicable tax law, and client satisfaction, within time and budgetary constraints. She leads complex tax engagements, manages staff workflows and deliverables, oversees the preparation of complex tax returns and provides tax research and planning services. Krista focuses on serving closely held businesses and their owners, specializing in compliance.
Krista understands the importance of internal talent development and mentors and coaches staff to grow professionally and personally. Specifically, she assists with intern training where she provides a wealth of knowledge regarding the firm’s tools and processes. Additionally, she completed the firm’s leadership academy which is a two year program involving the Dale Carnegie Institute program on leadership that aids in the development of the individual as a manager and leader of the firm.
Krista rejoined CSH as a full-time employee in January 2020 and has spent the majority of her career at CSH.
