Lisa Margaret is responsible for providing customized solutions to the firm’s retirement plan clients, including plan design, implementation, ongoing plan administration, corrections, and plan termination for all plan types including 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, money purchase pension plans, collectively bargained multi-employer (union) plans, 457(b) and (f) plans for governmental and tax-exempt entities, 403(b) plans for tax-exempt entities, and traditional and cash balance defined benefit plans. She excels at serving clients in the retirement plan administration and consulting industry. Lisa Margaret has extensive experience with IRS and correction programs and audits.

Lisa Margaret has worked in the retirement plan industry since 1986 with expertise in plan documentation, full-service third-party administration, plan sponsor and participant education, and ERISA compliance. She specializes in plan design consultations and complex contribution allocations, testing, and audits. As a valued advisor, she focuses on delivering high-contact quality service.

Prior to joining Clark Schaefer Hackett, Lisa Margaret spent 25 years as a Compliance Officer and Retirement Relationship Manager for a regional bank.
