We determine the engagement level of your workforce using the Employee Net Promoter Score calculation. It sounds complicated but it’s simple. eNPS is determined by the answer to a simple question, “how likely are you to recommend your company as a great place to work?”

The answer to this questions determines whether they are engaged, disengaged or somewhere in the middle.

But the real value comes from understanding the employee experience that leads to the engagement level. So what does analyzing the employee experience really mean? The employee experience is the sum of the perceptions employees have about their interactions with their job, team, manager and organization.

To understand the “why” behind engagement, we evaluate favorability scores in three key employee experience categories: Belonging, Alignment and Growth.
